Recording Policy: Audio or video recording of Nadcap meetings is prohibited unless formal approval is received from all attendees and recorded in the minutes. Violators of this policy will be asked to stop recording. Failure to stop recording or repeated attempts to record may result in expulsion from the meeting and/or the Nadcap program.

Neutrality: In keeping with the original spirit and purpose of the Nadcap program, all Nadcap meetings and related activities are to be conducted for the benefit of the aerospace industry as a whole. Activities sponsored by any individual Nadcap participant in conjunction with a Nadcap meeting or Nadcap-sponsored event, including but not limited to promotional events (hospitality suites, receptions, site tours, etc.) distribution of marketing materials, etc. are discouraged by Nadcap leadership and the Nadcap Management Council . To the extent that a supplier engages in such activities and those activities interfere with the objectives of the Nadcap program, the supplier may be asked to limit/modify/refrain from such activity.
